The terms you agree to when you create an account or place an order.

This is starter content, not legal advice. It reflects how this shop actually operates, which is the right foundation — but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not tailored to your obligations. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, change it — that signs every other device out. You can also turn on two-factor authentication under My Account → Security.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site, other shoppers or our vendors.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — if an item is out of stock, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if the listing carried an obvious error. Nothing is charged for an order we decline.

Prices and delivery charges are shown before you confirm. The total on the checkout page is the total you pay.

The marketplace

Products are listed by vendors we have approved, and each product page names its seller. Product descriptions come from that vendor.

Payment

You may pay cash on delivery, or online through our payment gateway. We do not store card details.

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return. The process and what can be sent back are in Returns & Refunds, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews and messages

A review has to be your own honest experience of something you actually bought. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or written to promote something.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for getting your order to you as described, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not responsible for how a product is used after it arrives, or for a delay caused by something outside our control.
